At Bong Stay, we are committed to your satisfaction and to providing high-quality services. We understand that there may be circumstances under which you might seek a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Eligibility for Refund

Time Frame: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of booking. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Access and Use: Refunds are only available for bookings that have not been accessed, utilized, or significantly used. If you have utilized a significant portion of the service, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or use the service due to technical issues, please contact us immediately at bongstay@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory solution, a refund may be offered.
Service Misrepresentation: If the service provided significantly differs from the descriptions provided on our website or promotional materials, you may be eligible for a refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund

Contact Us: To request a refund, please email us at bongstay@gmail.com with your booking number, the date of booking, and the reason for the request.
Review Process: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it to determine if it meets our eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 7 business days.
Outcome: If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (depending on your card issuer’s policies). If the request is denied, we will provide you with an explanation.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Services that have been significantly accessed, utilized, or used.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after booking.
  • Any service booked under a promotional offer or at a discounted rate.
